Explorations

After several years in game development and gaining experience in research, we came to the conclusion that there is a segment of the audience that is tired of games and cartoons, where the background is often arrogant and annoying, and there are audiences who do not understand how to play games through the app from a mobile screen. This is how SACRALIUM was created was born - a hardcore MMORPG browser game, in the spirit of an old fight club, where the main game play is like playing chess, choosing zones and bundles of action around the game world.
All the studies led to the same correct vision: we need to build a browser project, focusing on horoscopes, mythology, numerology and all the Laura around the sacred world. The trend date was set to 2025, and we decided to take action. By 2025, we plan to enter the play-tests and show the product to the market.

Pre-production

One of the most important stages in shaping the entire project was the fact that the documentation for the Concept Plan, the PPD, and all the processes that required the implementation of the project began.
This is how our team joined a talented producer who helped us create all the necessary documentation for specialists to evaluate the project. Research does not stop at this stage, and the CTO is the chief of the technical department, who defines the technology stack and forms the technical vision of implementation based on specified goals.
Having documentation that can read and fully onboard any of the departments we need, we were able to conduct audits with different back-front development studios. Moreover, we were able to create and calculate the full number of interfaces, art, icons, images, and the entire gaming environment to build a streamlined communication with professional design studios.

Agile development

Of course, the next important round is to gather and onboard teams from different parts of the world. Numerous calls, briefs, brain storms, and professionals in their field are identified who are ready to take on the agile development system. At the end of the project, the entire project received a whole package of stages. For example, sprint 11 Vertical Slice is part of a game that is already being created with full processes, in good quality, and the rest of the levels are modeled on it. However, as a result, significant changes are still possible, and the content produced may not be used in the finished product
Sprint 22 — Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a critical stage where the team strives to present the product's core functionality that is sufficient for early adopters. At this stage, the goal is to collect feedback from the target audience and test the project's key hypotheses. An MVP should include basic game mechanics, a simple user interface, and basic means of interaction in the game world, allowing players to evaluate the overall concept and design. It is important to understand that MVP is not a final product, but rather a platform for testing ideas and collecting important information for the further development of the project.
When working on an MVP, it is important to focus on the main, key features that make the product unique and valuable to the user, leaving aside less important features for future updates. This requires the team to be flexible, able to respond quickly to feedback and be ready for iterative development, gradually improving the product and expanding its functionality.
After launching an MVP, you should carefully analyze user behavior, feedback and suggestions to determine which aspects of the product are most valuable and which ones need to be improved or changed. This may include adapting game mechanics, improving the interface, or adding new features that have been postponed to later stages of development.
Collecting and analyzing data with MVP allows the development team to plan the next steps, prioritizing tasks that will best meet users' needs and expectations. This also helps determine how ready the product is for scaling and what resources will be required for its further development.
In conclusion, MVP is not only a test of the viability of a product concept, but also a basis for its evolution and improvement. Success at this stage requires close collaboration between developers, designers, project managers and, most importantly, users, whose feedback and engagement are critical to the continued success of the project.

PR strategy

Previous studies have revealed that the key element of a successful project launch is the formation and active involvement of a community at an early stage of development. To achieve this, we offer an integrated approach that includes the placement of an informative landing page and strategic interaction with the community.

    Landing page development and launch: Our landing page will not only serve as a showcase for the game, but also as a platform for collecting pre-registrations and forming the first database of interested users. The main focus will be on:
    • Providing detailed information about the game, including key features, screenshots, and trailers
    • Pre-registration options for exclusive bonuses at the start of the game.
    • A frequently asked questions (FAQ) section to reduce barriers to attracting new players.

    Active use of social networks and messengers: We create and maintain activity on VK, Facebook, Telegram, and we will also consider working with YouTube and TikTok to attract a young audience. Key areas of cooperation:

But in the real world, it turns out that the story of the implementation of an idea, even if people found out about it and you managed to cut it all down, does not guarantee that you will be financially profitable in this round of life and have a sustainable business model that can meet the idea's goals.
